Podcast Episode! Hearings & Appeals - Residency Obligation Appeals

I started doing a podcast series with my good friend and fellow Immigration lawyer Mark Holthe. A while back we did an episode on Sponsorship Appeals. This time, we talked about Residency Obligation appeals. Permanent residents are required to live in Canada for a minimum number of days (730 days in a 5 year period) in order to maintain their status. There are a few exceptions. When that obligation is not met, there is a risk that the individual loses their PR Status! Is it worth pursuing an appeal? That really depends on the circumstances.
