Regardless of what type of decision is being appealed to the IAD, the Notice of Appeal must be sent to the IAD within 30 days of having received the underlying decision. It is very important to have proper representation before the IAD. When we represent clients, we assist not only with preparing them (and any other witnesses) to speak at the hearing, but we also help put together the documentary evidence needed to prove your case. Strict rules exist about producing witnesses, documents, and service on the Minister. Each appeal varies greatly and it is important to get advice from the start on how to best present your case to succeed at the IAD. A loss at the IAD can have devastating consequences. We are happy to assist you with this process from start to finish.
